The Role:

We're hiring a Solution Consultant to back up our Head of Sales and Head of Growth on the substantive side of every proposal. You'll dig into incoming leads, shape the scope, and provide the technical and product thinking behind the decks the sales team takes into client meetings.

A healthcare team reaches out with a product idea. You join the discovery call alongside sales, draw out the real problem, map the priorities, and identify must-have functionality. Then you translate it all into a clear scope and the substance for the pitch deck. Your estimates are grounded enough that delivery can stand behind them.

The role is part discovery, part product strategy, and you're the resident expert on what's actually feasible. You'll also be the one flagging risks early, whether that's compliance exposure, security gaps, or technical feasibility questions that could derail the project after we sign.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Sales and Head of Growth on the substantive side of proposals. Take incoming Momentum leads, understand their needs, break them into priorities and functionalities, and shape the scope.
  • Provide the meritorical backbone for sales pitch decks. Bring the product thinking, scope, and value proposition the sales team turns into a winning narrative.
  • Run or co-run discovery workshops and prospect calls to surface what the client really needs.
  • Educate the team on project risks such as technical challenges, security exposure, and compliance gaps.

What We Need:

  • Experience contributing to sales pitch decks and estimating IT projects across scope, discovery, and SLA. You've supported deals before and can show your work.
  • Strong product positioning instincts. You can articulate a value proposition, map it to buyer personas, and back it with market analysis.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Claude Code. You use AI to automate and accelerate your own work, not just talk about it.
  • 3+ years in IT, working in business analysis, presales, solution consulting, or product strategy.
  • Comfortable in client conversations. You can co-lead discovery workshops, walk through proposed solutions, and answer technical questions when sales hands you the mic.
  • Solid grasp of how software actually gets built and what's technically feasible.
  • Business analysis toolkit covering requirements gathering, process modeling, scoping, and estimation.
  • Proactive, collaborative communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams.
  • English and Polish at C1 level.

Nice to Have:

  • Genuine interest in wellness, healthcare, and quantified self. If you track your own sleep, HRV, or workouts on Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, or Whoop, that's a big plus.
  • HealthTech experience from startups, medical devices, or digital health platforms.
  • Awareness of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA basics.
  • Agile experience and comfort assessing technical feasibility on the fly.
