Role overview:
At Momentum, we build digital health solutions that help people feel more empowered and informed about their health. As an Account Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients and delivery teams - relationship builder, operational coordinator, and business developer. You'll own accounts end-to-end, making sure every engagement runs smoothly, every client feels genuinely heard, and every opportunity to grow the partnership is spotted and acted on.
Responsibilities
- Building and coordinating delivery teams from the ground up - working with HR and technical consultants to ensure the right fit, both internally and on the client side
- Improving and maintaining processes that support effective team setup and collaboration
- Ensuring the quality of ongoing engagements - tracking NPS, managing invoicing, nurturing relationships, and understanding client goals to deliver them better
- Identifying and developing upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Acting as the go-to person for unblocking issues and making things happen - coordinating workshops, discovery sessions, and kick-offs: setting agendas, aligning participants on both sides, and ensuring every session has a clear outcome
- Owning the client relationship day-to-day: communicating clearly and maintaining trust at every stage
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Leadership to keep delivery aligned with expectations
- Keeping all documentation, contracts, and reports accurate and up to date
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role in the IT industry, preferably in a software house
- Fluent English (C1) and fluent Polish (C1)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Proven ability to build and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to negotiate with clients and manage their expectations effectively
- Commercial awareness - ability to spot and act on upsell opportunities
- Creative problem-solving, both in projects and in day-to-day client communication
- Ability to gather and act on customer feedback
- Ability to make decisions and work well under time pressure

- Experience in digital health, healthtech
- Understanding the sales process within an open source business model
