Role overview:
Join our team and help shape the infrastructure powering innovative healthcare solutions! We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us on a part-time basis (approx. 40 hours per month).
In this role, you'll design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability. You’ll play a key role in shaping our tooling, workflows, and DevOps culture across projects, enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule that fits your routine.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes?)
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration, networking and security best practices
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1+)
- Fluent written and spoken Polish (C1+)
Nice to have:
- Relevant certifications (AWS, CKA, or similar)
- Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Experience with HIPAA/GDPR
- Experience with Vanta/Drata or similar tools
- Knowledge of database administration (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud environments
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with ML observability platforms (??)
- Knowledge of ML model deployment and serving infrastructure (??)
- Understanding of ML pipelines and workflow orchestration (??)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various development teams to improve deployment processes and implement DevOps best practices
- Automate repetitive tasks and create tools to increase team efficiency
- Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures for team knowledge sharing
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve our infrastructure and workflows
- Contribute to the growth of the DevOps culture within the organization
- Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
