Role overview:

Join our team and help shape the infrastructure powering innovative healthcare solutions! We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us on a part-time basis (approx. 40 hours per month).

In this role, you'll design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability. You’ll play a key role in shaping our tooling, workflows, and DevOps culture across projects, enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule that fits your routine.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
  • Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes?)
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, networking and security best practices
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1+)
  • Fluent written and spoken Polish (C1+)

Nice to have:

  • Relevant certifications (AWS, CKA, or similar)
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
  • Experience with HIPAA/GDPR
  • Experience with Vanta/Drata or similar tools
  • Knowledge of database administration (PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud environments
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with ML observability platforms (??)
  • Knowledge of ML model deployment and serving infrastructure (??)
  • Understanding of ML pipelines and workflow orchestration (??)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various development teams to improve deployment processes and implement DevOps best practices
  • Automate repetitive tasks and create tools to increase team efficiency
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures for team knowledge sharing
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve our infrastructure and workflows
  • Contribute to the growth of the DevOps culture within the organization
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
